Welcome to the flavorful and friendly world of Citizen Kane!  Located directly under the marquee in what was once the lobby of the Geneva Theater in the old Fargo building, Citizen Kane is the new upscale resident, proudly serving the finest food with the freshest of ingredients.  We are a non-smoking restaurant and bar established in 2007 in the heart of the shopping district of beautiful downtown Geneva, Illinois.

Citizen Kane features Chef Richard Fields’ robust and unique menu creations in a casual and relaxing atmosphere.  Feel free to join friends and family for a cocktail and a snack at our beautiful oak bar or high-top tables while you watch your favorite sporting event on one of our two big-screen TVs.  Enjoy wonderful lunch fare that includes freshly prepared quiches, soups, salads and freshly-carved meats or featured dinner selections including BBQ ribs, seafood and our Saturday-night Prime rib special while you relax at one of our window booths or dining-area tables.  And we now are open for breakfast on Sundays from ten until two.

We have a wide selection of spirits, wines and beers.  Also offering entertainment on Thursdays and Saturdays after 8:00pm, we're a great place for tasty appetizers, carvery sandwiches, light fare or full dinners.  Join us soon!
